This exceptional 25-room Victorian house was home to the legendary author, Samuel Clemens, known as the “Father of American Literature,” and was recently named one of the ten Best Historic Homes in the World by National Geographic. We will have a Living History Tour, which is an immersive experience that allows you to explore a slice of life in the Clemens household. We will be stopping for lunch-on-your-own on our way back.
Please note that this house has a lot of stairs and NO elevator. Face masks must also be worn while in the house.

The Queen of the Royal Court invites you to travel through the mists of time to a festive celebration where you’ll be in awe of gallant knights, majestic horses, and magnificent falcons. From the moment you enter the castle gates you’ll be immersed in Medieval Spain. The top knights of the kingdom will battle with brawn and steel to determine the victor to protect the throne. The Queen has commanded her royal chefs to prepare a four-course meal for you. Also be sure to tour the Hall of Arms where elaborate coats of arms and a spectacular array of medieval weaponry are displayed.

Bus Trip: THE KATHARINE HEPBURN MUSEUM in Old Saybrook, CT

The Katharine Hepburn Museum presents the cultural and historical impact of Miss Hepburn and her family. On display are numerous photographs from her life and career, her Emmy Award, personal letters, costume and wardrobe choices and two of her paintings. On our return, we will be stopping for lunch-on-your-own at a local restaurant.
