    News From the Greenhouse

It is winter and the activity in the greenhouse involves keeping the plants examined (for insects and/or fungi), repotted and watered.  We meet each Monday morning to discuss what to do in the upcoming growing season, to complain about (or enjoy) the cold weather and snow, or to discuss the latest movies, TV series or books. Have you noticed the little girl statue in the center of the annual garden?  Many thanks to Helen Krasun (“the hat lady”) for knitting a hat and scarf to keep her warm.  We have not yet named this statue, but how about “Rosie”? Carole, Sharon, Jill, Barbara ~ The Greenhouse Girls
P.S. We could use more terracotta/clay pots if you have any around your homes your not using
