    Mahjong- Wednesdays at 12:30pm

    The Mahjong group is looking for more players!  Some knowledge of how the game is played is helpful, as this group is more advanced.  Stop by on a Wednesday if you are interested in joining.

     

    Strength and Flexibility Exercise- Wednesdays at 9:00am

    Location: Program Room

    Strength and Flexibility exercise class combines flexibility and strength training to improve your overall strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and range of motion.  This class will incorporate the use of hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates rings and Yoga blocks to tone and strengthen.

    Yoga and Chair Yoga with Carol Klammer in person or via Zoom

    Chair Yoga – Mondays at 12:15p.m.

    Yoga – Mondays & Fridays at 10:45a.m. 

    Our Yoga instructor Carol Klammer offers her Rose City Senior Center in-person classes via ZOOM for those who are unable to or not comfortable attending the in-person classes.  If you are interested in the ZOOM classes, please contact Carol for more information or visit her website to sign up.

    Coloring Club- Thursdays at 1:00pm

    Location: Art Room 

    Feeling with winter blues?  Why don’t you try the Coloring Club! 

    Get out of the house and enjoy the company of others while having some fun coloring! 

    Coloring books are no longer just for kids!  Adult coloring has been shown to help reduce stress, boost mental clarity, exercise fine motor skills and help train the brain to focus and generate a creative mindset.  Give it a try!  Bring your own coloring supplies or use ours.
